How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to follow your package's journey. Just click on the link or enter the number on our tracking page to get real-time updates.
What if I don't see any tracking updates?
Sometimes it can take up to 24 hours for tracking information to appear after shipping. If after this time you don't see any updates or have questions about your delivery, don't hesitate to contact our support team. We are here to help you and ensure your order arrives smoothly!

When will my order be shipped?
Here's how it works: you place the order → we process it → we ship it → you receive your order.
Placing an order only takes a few seconds. Standard processing takes 3-4 business days. Then, one of our carriers handles the shipping, and you will receive your order within an additional 3-5 days. In total, you should receive your order within 10 business days after placing it, unless otherwise specified for specific products. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your package is shipped. It's on its way!

What is our return and refund policy?
We accept returns within the first 30 days from the date of purchase. For us to process the return, the product must be:
- unused
- in original packaging
- physically returned (we do not accept returns without the product)
Please note that we do not accept returns for:
