SHIPPING POLICY – DLS
1. Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after full payment and order confirmation.
- Expedited orders placed before 3:00 PM (local time) will be processed the same business day
- Orders placed after this time will be processed the next business day
Processing times may be extended during periods of high demand.
2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We offer the following shipping options:
- Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 1–2 business days

3. Shipping Costs
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on:
- Package weight
- Dimensions
- Delivery location
DLS may offer free shipping promotions based on order value.

Exceptions:
Free shipping does not apply to:
- Heavy or oversized items (e.g., gypsum, bulk materials)
- Orders requiring freight shipping
- Orders not paid in full at checkout
Additional shipping charges may be applied after purchase if necessary.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

6. Failed Deliveries & Address Errors
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
If a package is returned due to:
- Incorrect or incomplete address
- Failed delivery attempts
The customer will be responsible for any additional shipping or re-delivery fees.

Customers must inspect their order upon delivery.
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect:
- You must notify DLS within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide photos and order details
