RETURN & REFUND POLICY – DLS
1. Return Eligibility
Returns may be requested within 30 days of delivery.
To qualify for a return, items must:
- Be unopened, unused, and in original packaging
- Be in resellable condition
- Have an expiration date of at least 12 months remaining (if applicable)
⚠️ All returns require prior authorization (RMA) from DLS.
Returns sent without authorization will not be accepted.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Opened or used products
- Clearance or closeout items
- Discontinued products
- Special order or custom items
- Pharmaceuticals or anesthetics
- Hazardous materials or regulated products
- Products with limited shelf life or short expiration dates
3. Return Process
3.1 Request Authorization (RMA)
To initiate a return, contact:

- Order number
- Reason for return
- Photos (if applicable)
Once approved, a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) will be issued with instructions.
3.2 Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error by DLS
- Items must be shipped within the timeframe specified in the RMA (typically within 30 days of authorization)
3.3 Inspection & Approval
All returned items will be inspected upon receipt.
Returns that do not meet eligibility requirements may be:
- Rejected, or
- Subject to partial refund
4. Refunds
If approved:
- Refunds will be issued to:
- Original payment method, or
- Store credit (at DLS’s discretion)
- Processing time: up to 5 business days after inspection
Original shipping charges are non-refundable
Restocking fees (up to 25%) may apply depending on the item and vendor
5. Exchanges
Exchanges are subject to inventory availability.
If unavailable, store credit or refund will be issued.
6. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:
- You must notify DLS within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide photos and order details
Failure to report within this timeframe may result in denial of the claim.
